Talent Matrix’s remote interview software is a mechanism to complete a candidate interview discreetly over the Internet.  We can guarantee high quality media recordings almost every time, even when a candidate only has a dial-up connection to the Internet.  Interviews can be conducted in a myriad of ways, and in a range of different formats.  When you order an interview pack or service, we will lead you through the options.

Talent Matrix Interview Services

Too busy to interview everyone yourself?  Then book a Talent Matrix Interview Service.  Our trained interviewers will contact the candidate and conduct a preliminary interview.  You and your colleagues simply login to the Talent Matrix presentation system and evaluate the candidates on their merits.  This is an excellent option for corporations that are using Talent Matrix for the first time as there is no requirement for training in the remote interview process. 

Talent Matrix Presentation Services

Presentation services bring all the vacancy data together in one location.  You acccess each vacancy through our presentation portal.  The site is accessible only to those with the hiring teams credentials.  You can consolidate the input from multiple interviewers, internal and external recruiters.   Each candidate can be assessed at a time that suits your management team before initial face-to-face interviews are arranged.    Three service levels are available

1. TalentMatrix - Lite
   Suitable for initial shortlists, it brings together the basic information of a long-list or short-list of candidates. Price depends on number of candidates processed
2. TalentMatrix - Standard
   Suited to more refined candidate listing. The package includes unedited media of the candidates responses to interview questions. Prices depends on number of candidates processed.
3. TalentMatrix - Executive
   Premium package of services ideally suits short-lists of 4 to 6 candidates and long-lists of 8 to 12. This is the most popular service as it provides the most complete perpective of the shortlist. The package includes edited media recording around structured interviewing techniques. Each candidate record can include additional documentation including customers preferred profiling methods. Price depends on the number of candidates processed. (Profile method not included in Talent Matrix price)
