Talent Matrix services are delivered on a per vacancy / assignment (as an aggregate fee) or in the case of the use of the Talent Matrix interview software, delivery is via outsourced interviewing on a transaction basis.

To get started, a hiring company (or its agent) needs to establish an account with Talent Matrix.  The account establishment will require a Talent Matrix representative making direct contact.  We have to ensure that we are dealing with bone fide organisations and individuals.  

When the application is complete, a nominated account holder or their delegates can then book services on-line.  Talent Matrix charges on completion of a booked activity.

Presentation services

There are three standard service levels, ranging from the basic consolidation of records, through to the full recording of candidate interviews.  Customers sometimes order bespoke presentations which include conference recordings between the hiring team, and the final shortlist or the preferred candidate.

You, or your recruiter, contacts the candidates through Talent Matrix; Talent Matrix provides the necessary communications and software to arrange the meeting. The documentation and media material is then processed and prepared according to the customer’s role requirements within the best practice methods for recruiting.

Interview services

We provide interview services anywhere in the world. Your candidate simply needs either a telephone line or an internet account.  If a video interview is to be recorded, interviewees will also need access to a personal computer running a Windows operating system.
