You can expect many benefits from the Talent Matrix system but most significantly, it will progress your application faster.

You have been invited to a Talent Matrix interview. You are the person that a particular organisation wants to find.

Your invitation should include recommendations on presenting yourself most effectively for a particular role. You will be given a timeframe in which to complete your application and you will be given a link to the Talent Matrix client software that you can download to your PC. This software will help you from the start of your engagement through to conclusion.

Your privacy is important. Talent Matrix controls your personal data in a way that most recruiters can’t. We don’t use email to send or present you personal documents, because once your resume is attached to an email it can be forwarded to anyone anywhere without regard to the personal sensitivity you might place on it.

Additionally, when you submit records to the Talent Matrix servers it is identified by your account number. Specific candidate information is restricted to the people you would reasonably expect to see your application. Your data is deleted when the role is filled or closed. The system facilitates a massive improvement over traditional methods of applying for jobs.
